Cheesy Taco Lasagna – A Tex-Mex Comfort Food Favorite
If you can’t decide between tacos and lasagna, why not have both? This Cheesy Taco Lasagna layers seasoned ground beef, tortillas, melty cheese, and zesty taco flavors into one delicious casserole. It’s hearty, cheesy, and packed with flavor — making it a perfect weeknight dinner or potluck star.
Unlike traditional lasagna with pasta and tomato sauce, this version uses tortillas as the “noodles” and adds all the Tex-Mex goodness you’d expect from a taco night. It’s comfort food with a fun twist that the whole family will love.
