Pineapple Dream Dessert Bars
Light, creamy, and refreshing, these Pineapple Dream Dessert Bars are layered with a buttery crust, fluffy cream filling, and sweet pineapple. They’re perfect for potlucks, holidays, or a make-ahead summer dessert.
Ingredients
Crust

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Cream Layer

8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened

½ cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
Pineapple Layer

1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, very well drained
Topping

1 cup additional whipped topping

Toasted coconut or chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions

In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a lined 9×13-inch pan. Chill for 15 minutes.

Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.

Spread cream mixture evenly over the crust.

Spoon drained crushed pineapple evenly over the cream layer.

Spread remaining whipped topping over the pineapple.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
