🍕 Pepperoni Pizza Bombs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)

  • 24 slices pepperoni

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

  • Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven

    • Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Stuff the Biscuits

    • Flatten each biscuit slightly. Place 3 slices of pepperoni and 1 cube of mozzarella in the center.

    • Fold the dough over the filling, pinching edges tightly to seal, and shape into a ball.

  3. Season the Tops

    • Place balls seam-side down on the baking sheet.

    • Brush with melted butter, then sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan.

  4. Bake

    • Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  5. Serve & Enjoy

    • Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Tips for Perfect Pizza Bombs

  • Seal edges tightly to prevent cheese from leaking out.

  • For extra crispiness, bake on a pizza stone instead of a baking sheet.

  • Use string cheese cut into chunks for easy, melty filling.

  • Brush with butter again after baking for extra flavor.
