Ingredients

1½ cups unsalted butter, softened

8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened

3 cups granulated sugar

6 large eggs, room temperature

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

3 cups all-purpose flour

¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and flour a bundt or tube pan.

In a large bowl, cream butter and cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.

Gradually add sugar, beating until light in color.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Mix in vanilla extract.

Add flour and salt gradually, mixing just until combined.

Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 80–90 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
