Lemon Brownies
Soft, fudgy lemon brownies with a bright citrus flavor and a sweet lemon glaze on top. These are perfect when you want something fresh, tangy, and dessert-worthy.
Ingredients
Lemon Brownies

1 cup unsalted butter, melted

1½ cups granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 tablespoon lemon zest

¼ cup fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

¼ teaspoon salt
Lemon Glaze

1 cup powdered sugar
-
2–3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease lightly.

In a large bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth.

Add eggs, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract; mix well.

Stir in flour and salt just until combined.

Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.

Bake for 22–25 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.

Let brownies cool completely in the pan.

Whisk powdered sugar and lemon juice to make the glaze, then spread over cooled brownies.

Slice and serve once glaze has set.
