French Dip Tortilla Roll-Ups
Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas (burrito size)

8 oz (225 g) deli roast beef, thinly sliced

6–8 slices provolone cheese (or Swiss)

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1 teaspoon garlic powder
-
½ teaspoon onion powder
-
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
For Dipping
-
1 packet au jus gravy mix
-
2 cups water
Instructions

Prepare the Au Jus
In a small saucepan, whisk the au jus mix with water.
Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Keep warm for dipping. -
Assemble the Roll-Ups
Lay tortillas flat.
Layer roast beef evenly over each tortilla, then add provolone cheese. -
Roll Them Up
Roll tortillas tightly like a burrito and place seam-side down. -
Season & Cook
Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley.Oven Method:

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, until golden and cheese is melted.
Skillet Method:

Cook seam-side down in a lightly buttered skillet over medium heat, turning until crisp and heated through.

Slice & Serve
Let rest 2 minutes, slice into pinwheels or serve whole with warm au jus.
Tips & Variations

Add caramelized onions or sautéed mushrooms for extra flavor.

Use horseradish mayo inside the tortilla for a bold twist.

These also work great in an air fryer (375°F / 190°C for 6–8 minutes).
