Cheesy Shrimp Bake

Ingredients
• 500 g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
• 2 tbsp butter
• 3 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
• ½ cup cream cheese (softened)
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella
• ½ cup grated parmesan
• ½ tsp paprika
• ½ tsp chili flakes (optional, for heat)
• 2 tbsp parsley (chopped)
• Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven – Set to 200°C (400°F).
2. Cook Garlic – In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Make Creamy Base – Stir in heavy cream and cream cheese, whisking until smooth. Add parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it thicken slightly.
4. Assemble – Place shrimp in a baking dish, pour the sauce over, and sprinkle mozzarella on top.
5. Bake – Cook for 12–15 minutes until shrimp are pink and cheese is bubbly golden.
6. Finish – Garnish with parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
Serve with toasted bread, pasta, or rice to soak up all that cheesy goodness.
