Ingredients:

  • 2–3 medium zucchinis, cut into sticks

  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Prepare the Zucchini: Cut zucchinis into even sticks or wedges for uniform baking.
