Baked Ham, Cheese & Egg Cups (Muffin Tin Recipe)
Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or meal prep
🧾 Ingredients (6 cups)
6 slices ham (or bacon / turkey ham)
6 eggs
½ cup grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, Emmental, or parmesan)
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
Optional: chopped parsley or dill, paprika, chili flakes
👩🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F
Lightly grease a muffin tin
Line each cup with 1 slice of ham, pressing it into the shape
Add 1–2 tablespoons grated cheese into each cup
Carefully crack one egg into each
Season with salt & pepper
Bake for 15–18 minutes
15 min → soft yolk
18 min → firmer yolk
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm 🌿
🔁 Variations
🥬 Add spinach, mushrooms, or bell peppers
🥓 Use crispy bacon instead of ham
🧀 Add cream cheese or feta for extra creaminess
🍞 Serve on toasted bread or English muffins
🥗 Tips
Let rest 2 minutes before removing from tin

Can be made in air fryer: 170°C for 10–12 min
