Baked Ham, Cheese & Egg Cups (Muffin Tin Recipe)
Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or meal prep
๐งพ Ingredients (6 cups)
6 slices ham (or bacon / turkey ham)
6 eggs
ยฝ cup grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, Emmental, or parmesan)
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
Optional: chopped parsley or dill, paprika, chili flakes
๐ฉโ๐ณ Instructions
Preheat oven to 180ยฐC / 350ยฐF
Lightly grease a muffin tin
Line each cup with 1 slice of ham, pressing it into the shape
Add 1โ2 tablespoons grated cheese into each cup
Carefully crack one egg into each
Season with salt & pepper
Bake for 15โ18 minutes
15 min โ soft yolk
18 min โ firmer yolk
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm ๐ฟ

๐ฅ Use crispy bacon instead of ham
