Buffalo Chicken Bacon Loaded Mozzarella Bombs

Ingredients:

1 lb ground chicken

1 cup buffalo sauce

8 oz block mozzarella cheese (cut into cubes)

1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)

1 cup flour

2 large eggs (beaten)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

Salt & pepper to taste

Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)

Instructions:

1. Prepare Mozzarella Filling

Cut mozzarella into bite-sized cubes.

Wrap each cube lightly with crumbled bacon. Set aside.

2. Season the Chicken

In a bowl, mix ground chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and ½ cup buffalo sauce.

3. Form the Bombs

Take a small portion of the chicken mixture and flatten it in your hand.

Place a bacon-wrapped mozzarella cube in the center.

Carefully wrap the chicken around the cheese, sealing completely to form a ball.

4. Coat

Roll each ball in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.

5. Fry or Bake

Fry in hot oil at 350°F (175°C) for about 5–6 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.

OR bake on a greased baking sheet at 400°F (200°C) for 18–20 minutes.

6. Sauce & Serve

Toss or drizzle the bombs with the remaining buffalo sauce.

Garnish with extra bacon bits if desired.
