Ingredients:
For the Naan Dough:
2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon instant yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup (60ml) warm milk
1/4 cup (60ml) plain yogurt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil (or melted butter)
1/4 cup (60ml) warm water (you may need a little more or less, depending on the dough consistency)
For the Cheese Filling:
1 cup (120g) grated cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a combination works well)
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional, for a spicy kick)
For Cooking:
2-3 tablespoons butter or ghee (for brushing)
