🥬 Ingredients:

For the filling:

  • 1 ½ cups shredded cabbage (green or napa cabbage)

  • 1 medium carrot, julienned or grated

  • ½ cup bean sprouts (optional)

  • ¼ cup sliced green onions

  • 1 cup cooked shrimp (or chicken, tofu, or just veggies for a vegetarian version)

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp pepper

  • 12-16 spring roll wrappers (rice paper or traditional wheat wrappers)

For frying:

  • Vegetable or peanut oil, for frying
