  • 2 chicken breasts or thighs (boneless, skinless)

  • 3–4 medium potatoes (Yukon Gold or similar)

  • 3 tbsp melted butter

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Olive oil

  • Optional: grated Parmesan, paprika, or chili flakes
