🥖 Milk Brioche Bread (Super Soft & Fluffy)

Ingredients:

  • 3 ½ cups (440g) bread flour (or all-purpose in a pinch)

  • ¼ cup (50g) sugar

  • 2 ¼ tsp (7g) instant yeast

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 cup (240ml) warm whole milk (about 110°F / 43°C)

  • 2 large eggs (room temp)

  • ¼ cup (60g) unsalted butter, softened

  • Extra egg for egg wash (1 egg + splash of milk)
