Ingredients:

1 ½ lbs (about 700g) ground beef (or a mix of beef & pork)

2–3 hard-boiled eggs, peeled

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup breadcrumbs

1 egg (raw, for binding)

2 tbsp milk
-
2 tbsp ketchup or tomato paste

1 tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

Optional: chopped parsley, paprika, grated cheese
Optional Topping:
-
2 tbsp ketchup + 1 tsp mustard + 1 tsp brown sugar (for a sweet-glazed top)
