  • 8 oz (about 225g) white chocolate, chopped

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tablespoons champagne (or sparkling wine)

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • A pinch of salt

  • Powdered sugar or crushed graham crackers (for coating, optional)

  • Extra lemon zest (for garnish, optional)
