Directions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef and cook for 5–7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat if needed.
Add chopped onion, garlic, and grated ginger to the skillet. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant and softened.
Stir in the sliced cabbage and cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring frequently, until the cabbage softens but still has slight crunch.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt.
Pour the sauce over the beef and cabbage mixture. Stir well and cook for another 2–3 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine.
Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
