Step 1: Prepare the Ribs
Pat the ribs dry and season them evenly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Step 2: Add to Slow Cooker
Place the ribs inside the slow cooker in a single layer if possible.
Step 3: Add Sauce
In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour the mixture over the ribs.
Step 4: Cook
Cook on:
- LOW for 6–8 hours
- HIGH for 4–5 hours
until the ribs are tender and the meat easily pulls away from the bone.
Step 5: Optional Finish
For a better texture, place the ribs under the oven broiler for 3–5 minutes to lightly caramelize the sauce.
Step 6: Serve
Serve hot with extra sauce spooned over the ribs.
