Pat the ribs dry with paper towels.

Rub olive oil over both sides.

Step 2: Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and chili powder.

Rub the seasoning mixture generously over the ribs.

Step 3: Add to Slow Cooker

Cut the racks into sections if needed to fit into the slow cooker.

Place the ribs inside the crockpot.

Step 4: Slow Cook

Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours until the ribs are very tender.

Step 5: Glaze the Ribs

Carefully transfer the ribs to a baking sheet.

Whisk together barbecue sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar.

Brush the ribs generously with the BBQ glaze.

Step 6: Broil for Caramelization

Broil the ribs for 3–5 minutes until the sauce becomes sticky and caramelized.

Serve hot with extra barbecue sauce.
