Ingredients

1/2 cup sour cream, at room temperature
2 large eggs, at room temperature
2 tablespoons milk, at room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored, and chopped into 1/2-inch cubes
Glaze:
1/3 cup icing sugar, sifted
1–2 teaspoons hot water
