Ingredients
25 oz leftover shredded chicken or canned chicken, drained
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 medium egg
1/3 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Olive oil or vegetable oil (enough to coat the skillet)
