🧀🥔 Cheese and Potato Bread

Ingredients:
1 medium potato, peeled and diced (about 1 cup)

3 cups all-purpose flour

2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)

1/4 cup warm milk (110°F/43°C)

1/4 cup butter, melted

1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese (or any cheese you like)

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp sugar

1 egg (for egg wash, optional)
