One-Pan Cheesy Breakfast Frittata-Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup milk (or heavy cream for a richer taste)

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 1 small bell pepper, chopped (optional)

  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (or sausage, ham, or vegetables of choice)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 4 slices of bread (for the sandwich)

  • 2 tablespoons butter (for grilling the sandwich)
