🍍 Simple & Fast Pineapple Cakes

Ingredients (for about 8–10 small cakes):

• 1 cup (200g) crushed pineapple (drained, but reserve juice)

• 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour

• 1/2 cup (100g) sugar

• 2 eggs

• 1/4 cup (60ml) vegetable oil or melted butter

• 1 tsp baking powder

• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

• Pinch of salt

• Optional: powdered sugar or glaze for topping
