  • 2 salmon fillets (skin on or off)

  • 3–4 medium potatoes (Yukon Gold or red potatoes), thinly sliced or cubed

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary or thyme

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 1 lemon (sliced)

  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)
