2. Swiss Roll with Dulce de Leche
Ingredients:

4 eggs
100g sugar
100g all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp powdered sugar (optional)
200g dulce de leche
Mint leaves for decoration

Preparation:

1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until they have tripled in volume.
2. Add the vanilla and sift the flour on top, mixing gently.
3. Pour the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 12 minutes.
4. Roll up the still-warm sponge cake using a clean cloth.
5. Once cooled, unroll, spread with dulce de leche, and roll up again.
6. Decorate with dulce de leche, powdered sugar, and mint leaves.

3. Strawberry and Cream Roll

Ingredients:

4 eggs,
100g sugar,
100g all-purpose flour,
200ml double cream (whipping cream)
, 1 tbsp icing sugar
, 1/2 cup chopped strawberries,
Strawberries and mint leaves for decoration.

Preparation :

1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a frothy mixture.
2. Add the sifted flour and mix with folding motions.
3. Pour the batter onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 180°C for 12 minutes. 4.
Roll up while still warm using a cloth, then unroll.
5. Whip the cream with the icing sugar until stiff peaks form and add the chopped strawberries.
6. Fill, roll up again, and decorate with whipped cream, strawberries, and mint.
