Ingredients:
For the Brioche Dough:

3 1/2 cups (450g) All-purpose flour
1/4 cup (50g) Granulated sugar
2 1/4 tsp (1 packet) Active dry yeast
1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 cup (180ml) Whole milk, lukewarm
3 large Eggs
1/2 cup (115g) Unsalted butter, softened
1 tsp Vanilla extract
For the Filling:

1/2 cup (75g) Raisins
1/2 cup (75g) Dried cranberries
1/4 cup (50g) Brown sugar
1 tsp Ground cinnamon
2 tbsp (30g) Unsalted butter, melted
For the Egg Wash:

1 Egg, beaten with 1 tbsp water
