• 1 egg yolk (for coating)

• 2 cups water

• 2 eggs

• 1 teaspoon sugar

• 5 cups bread flour (plus extra for kneading)

• 2 1/4 teaspoons (1 packet) dry yeast

• 2 teaspoons salt
