1 large cauliflower head, cut into florets
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the cauliflower
Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Pat them dry with a paper towel to help them crisp during roasting.
Season the cauliflower
In a large bowl, toss the florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
