1. Yogurt Gelatin with Fruit
Ingredients:
2 cups plain, unsweetened yogurt
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 packet unflavored gelatin (12g)
1/2 cup water (to hydrate the gelatin)
1 sliced kiwi
1/2 cup sliced strawberries 1/2
cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup diced mango
Preparation:
1. Hydrate the unflavored gelatin with the water and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then, heat it until it dissolves completely.
2. Mix the yogurt with the sweetened condensed milk and add the dissolved gelatin.
3. In a ring mold, arrange the fruit evenly.
4. Pour the yogurt mixture over the fruit.
5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
6. Unmold and serve chilled.
