Ingredients:
For the Crepes:
1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour

1 1/2 cups (360ml) milk

2 large eggs

2 tablespoons melted butter

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sugar (optional, for a hint of sweetness)

For the Filling:
8 slices of ham (preferably deli-style or cooked ham)

1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (Gruyère, Swiss, or Cheddar are great options)

1 tablespoon butter (for sautéing)

Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
