What You Need:
Any type of bread (white, whole wheat, sourdough)
How to Make It:
Tear bread into small chunks.
Process in a food processor until fine.
For dried breadcrumbs, spread on a baking sheet and bake at 250°F (120°C) for 10-15 minutes until crisp.
