One Sheet Salmon and Baked Potatoes

  • 2 salmon fillets

  • 4-5 small baby potatoes (or 2 medium-sized potatoes), cut into halves or quarters

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 lemon, sliced (for garnish and flavor)

  • Fresh herbs (optional, such as dill, parsley, or thyme)
