Creamy Beef and Shells

Instructions

1. Cook the Pasta

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente.
Drain and set aside.

2. Brown the Beef

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium heat.
Add ground beef and cook for 5–6 minutes, breaking it apart, until browned.

3. Add Onion & Garlic

Add chopped onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.
Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.

4. Build the Sauce

Add:

  • beef broth
  • tomato sauce
  • heavy cream
  • Italian seasoning
  • paprika, salt, and pepper

Stir well and let simmer for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened.

5. Add Cheese & Pasta

Stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Add cooked pasta shells and mix until fully coated.

6. Serve

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
