Instructions
Step 1: Prep Potatoes
Wash and cut baby potatoes in halves.
Step 2: Season
In a bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 3: Add Bacon
Mix in chopped bacon evenly.
Step 4: Arrange
Spread everything on a baking tray in a single layer.
Step 5: Roast
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Step 6: Add Parmesan
Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle parmesan on top.
Step 7: Serve
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Tips for Best Results
- Don’t overcrowd the pan for crispier potatoes
- Use high heat for better browning
- Flip halfway through cooking
- Add parmesan while hot for better melting
