Egg Bake with Salami and Onions in an Air Fryer

Things you need:
Five to six eggs
1 small onion, sliced into rings
5 to 6 slices of pepperoni or salami
A small amount of shredded cheese
A few small cubes of butter
Fresh herbs, like parsley or coriander
Black pepper and salt
How to do it:
To keep things from sticking, put a piece of parchment paper in the basket of your air fryer or a small baking dish.
Put the onion rings down first. They act like a base and add a nice sweetness. Break your eggs right over them and around them.
Add a good amount of chopped herbs, salt, and pepper to everything. It already smells good at this point.
Now spread the cheese out and put the salami slices on top. Put some small cubes of butter here and there. This makes everything taste better and helps it cook well.
Put it in the air fryer at 180°C (350°F) for 10 to 12 minutes. The edges will start to turn a little golden and the eggs will set.
Give it another 2 to 3 minutes if you want the top to be a little more brown.
Before cutting it, let it sit for a minute. It will come out like a soft, cheesy egg pie.
That’s all.
It’s hard to mess this one up with soft eggs, sweet onions, crispy edges, and the salty kick from the salami.
