Potatoes and Green Beans with Sausage

Instructions:

1. Preheat and Grease:
   • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
   • Lightly grease a large casserole dish.
2. Mix and Season:
   • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and season to taste.
   • For convenience, mix directly in the casserole dish. Optional: Brown the sliced sausage before adding.
3. Baking Time:
   • Cover the casserole with foil and bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and sausage is cooked through.
4. Golden Finish:
   • Uncover and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes to achieve a golden top.
5. Serve with Joy:
   • Allow the casserole to cool briefly before serving.
