Instructions
Start by preparing the dough.
In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes until it becomes foamy. This step activates the yeast and helps the dough rise properly.
Once the yeast mixture is ready, add the eggs and melted butter, mixing until combined.
Gradually add the flour and salt, stirring until the dough begins to form.
Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead it until it becomes smooth and elastic, which usually takes about 10 minutes.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a towel, and allow it to rise in a warm place for about one hour, or until it doubles in size.
While the dough rises, prepare the filling by mixing brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Chop the walnuts into small pieces.
After the dough has risen, gently punch it down and roll it into a large rectangle.
Brush melted butter across the dough, then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the surface, followed by the chopped walnuts.
Starting from one long side, tightly roll the dough into a log.
Cut the log into evenly sized rolls using a sharp knife or dental floss.
Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, leaving space between them for expansion.
