The next step, hydration, is essential. As the years go by, skin loses water and lipids. A good moisturizer with hyaluronic acid, ceramides, or plant oils like jojoba, argan, or rosehip will be your best ally.
An anti-aging cream: yes, but choose it wisely!
There’s no need to accumulate bath treatments : their effectiveness depends primarily on consistency. A well-formulated anti-aging cream contains specific active ingredients such as retinol (vitamin A), vitamin C, or peptides.
