Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 18–22 minutes
Servings: 8–10 pieces

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8–10 biscuits)
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 egg, beaten, for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
  3. Flatten each piece of biscuit dough gently with your fingers.
  4. Add a spoonful of shredded cheese and some crispy bacon to the center.
  5. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch them together tightly to form a small roll.
  6. Place each roll seam-side down on the baking tray.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg. Mix the melted butter with garlic powder and lightly brush some over each roll.
  8. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the tops are beautifully golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven, brush with the remaining garlic butter, and sprinkle with dried parsley.
  10. Let them rest for about 5 minutes, then serve warm while the cheese is still gooey.

Quick Tip

For that irresistible cheese pull, use low-moisture mozzarella in the center. You can also combine mozzarella with cheddar for more flavor.

Perfect for: breakfast, game-day snacks, parties, or a quick family appetizer.
