🥓 Bacon & Cheese Stuffed Biscuit Bites

Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8–10 biscuits)
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 egg, beaten, for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Cook the bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
- Flatten each piece of biscuit dough gently with your fingers.
- Add a spoonful of shredded cheese and some crispy bacon to the center.
- Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch them together tightly to form a small roll.
- Place each roll seam-side down on the baking tray.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg. Mix the melted butter with garlic powder and lightly brush some over each roll.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the tops are beautifully golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, brush with the remaining garlic butter, and sprinkle with dried parsley.
- Let them rest for about 5 minutes, then serve warm while the cheese is still gooey.
Quick Tip
For that irresistible cheese pull, use low-moisture mozzarella in the center. You can also combine mozzarella with cheddar for more flavor.
