Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Ingredients
Place pork in the slow cooker and add potatoes, onion, and garlic around it.
Step 2: Add Liquid & Seasoning
Pour in chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
Step 3: Cook
Cook on:
- LOW for 6–8 hours
- HIGH for 4–5 hours
Until pork is tender and easily shredded.
Step 4: Shred the Pork
Remove pork, shred with forks, then return it to the slow cooker.
Step 5: Finish & Serve
Stir everything together and serve hot with the rich sauce.
Tips for Best Results
- Use pork shoulder for maximum tenderness
- Cut potatoes evenly for even cooking
- Let it rest 5–10 minutes before serving for thicker sauce
